The NHRMA 2025 Conference & Tradeshow is scheduled to take place in person at the Egan Convention Center in Anchorage, Alaska, September 24-26, 2025.

Cancellation Policy
We understand that occasionally events may occur that prevent you from attending. If you find yourself unable to attend the NHRMA 2025 Conference & Tradeshow, you may:
- Send a Substitute
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Substitution requests can be made simply by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be initiated by the original registrant until the pre-registration deadline or at the onsite registration desk. A unique registration link will be shared upon the substitution request to allow the substituting registrant to select any optional individual items and to process payment for the $50 substitution fee. Optional individual items (such as a Pre-Conference Workshop) are non-transferable and will be refunded to the original registrant if substitution request is made prior to the cancellation deadline of August 20, 2025. - Request a Refund
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. All cancellations must be submitted in writing by emailing Register@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and received by August 20, 2025, to receive a partial refund, less a 20% administrative fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after August 20, 2025. Credit card refunds must be made to the same account used for payment. Cancellation of optional individual conference items received by August 20, 2025 will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund of any kind after August 20, 2025.
Payment Instructions
All conference registrations may submit payment by credit card or check. Payments not received within 30 days of the registration order may result in a cancellation of the order.
If you are paying by credit card, you will complete your payment during registration and the vendor on your statement will be listed as "Conference Solutions".
If you are paying by check, please make the check payable to "Conference Solutions", indicate the registrant's name and reference number on the check, and mail it to the following address:
