I am having trouble getting started with the online registration.
Please visit the NHRMA registration webpage: http://www.nhrmaconference.org/2021/Registration and click on the “Register Now” button.
Click on the “New Registration” button and follow the prompts. Each registrant is identified by their email address; if you have already registered or someone has registered on your behalf using your email address, you will not be able to use that email address again. Please contact the Registration Manager for more assistance: NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com.
I cannot find my Registration Confirmation email.
A registration confirmation email is sent automatically once you have completed your online registration. It serves as your official invoice and is sent to the email address you used to register (as well as the email in the “additional email address” field, if entered).
If you have not received your registration confirmation, please follow these steps:
- Wait 60 minutes after registering. Occasionally registration confirmations are slightly delayed if the system is particularly busy.
- Check your clutter and spam folders. The subject of the email will be “Confirmation for NHRMA 2021 Conference and Tradeshow”.
- Email NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com and request that your registration confirmation be resent.
What is included in the Conference registration fee?
- VIP All-Access Conference Pass: VIP All-Access Conference Pass Registration includes everything that is included in the All-Access Conference Pass plus VIP benefits (allows attendee to skip registration lines onsite, reserves seating in all sessions, includes general session meals with the NHRMA Board, and benefits the SHRM foundation with a $100 donation).
- All-Access Conference Pass: All-Access Conference Pass Registration includes everything that is included in the Standard Conference Pass plus all-access to the Master Series.
- Standard Conference Pass: Standard Conference Pass Registration includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions (please note: Pre-Conference Workshops are not included in the Standard Conference Pass Registration Fee and must be added on during the registration process), refreshment breaks, two breakfasts, two lunches, and a reception on Monday evening
What is the NHRMA Master Series?
The NHRMA Master Series are interactive forums designed specifically for seasoned HR professionals looking to get more than a few simple takeaways. These sessions are longer than concurrent sessions to allow for a deeper dive into content and provide experiential learning focused opportunities, full of innovative best practices and concreate takeaways.
Which workshops are considered Pre-Conference Workshops and require an additional fee?
Pre-Conference Workshops are offered on Monday, September 27, 2021, 9:00 am – 12:00 pm. These workshops are NOT included in Full Conference or One-Day registrations and require payment of an additional fee.
Who qualifies for the SHRM Member registration fee?
A paid member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) in good standing. Please click here for more information on SHRM Membership.
Can I just attend one day of the Conference?
Yes, one day options are available for purchase at the time of registration. One Day Conference Registration Fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (on Monday and Tuesday only), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day.
How do I edit my contact information or add items to my order after I have already made my purchase?
If you would like to edit your order after you submitted your registration, please email NHRMAReg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com for assistance.
I need to cancel my registration. What is the cancellation policy?
We are happy to accommodate a refund for your purchase if you are unable to find a substitute prior to the deadline. Cancellation requests must be made in writing by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Cancellations received by August 27, 2021 will be refunded, less a 20% administrative fee. Unfortunately, no refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 27, 2021.
I still want to attend the Conference but need to cancel one of my optional agenda items. What is the cancellation for optional agenda items?
Cancellations of individual conferences items, such as Pre-Conference Workshops and special sessions received by August 27, 2021, will receive a full refund. We are unable to offer a refund after August 27, 2021. Substitutions of additional items can be made without a charge.
I can no longer attend the Conference, but my colleague is available. What is the substitution policy?
Know someone else who is interested in attending? Payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person, simply by emailing NHRMAreg@ConferenceSolutionsInc.com. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made at anytime.
Are there any continuing education credits available for this Conference?
Yes, the Conference Committee has applied for HRCI and SHRM Certification credits based on the current schedule.
Can I obtain a Certificate of Attendance?
You will not obtain a Certificate of Attendance for the conference itself, but you will receive certification of the sessions you attended to apply for credits.
I have some dietary restrictions/special needs, how do I inform the Conference Planners?
You will be able to enter any dietary restrictions or special needs information during the registration process. A member of our team will be in contact to assist you, as needed. Please note that due to vendor limitations, some requests may be combined (i.e. receiving a meal that is dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegetarian) or not accommodated.
Where will conference registration be located?
All sessions and registration for the NHRMA 2021 Conference & Tradeshow will take place at The Oregon Convention Center: 777 NE Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, Portland, OR 97232.

After the Conference, how do I submit my HRCI or SHRM Certification credits?
Please use the Recertification Credit Form that will be emailed to you to keep track of the workshops you attended. For questions about recertification policies and procedures, please visit the recertification page at www.hrci.org or www.shrm.org.
