Guest tickets for the Thursday night Gala are available for purchase during the registration process for $65.
Full Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow, workshops and general sessions, refreshment breaks, two breakfasts, two lunches, a reception on Monday and an evening event, if selected at the time of registration.
One Day Conference Registration fee includes entry to the Tradeshow (except Friday), workshops, general sessions, and conference meals scheduled for the selected day.
Wednesday Pre-Conference Workshops (3 hour sessions) are not included in the registration fee and must be purchased separately.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the address below and postmarked by August 30, 2013 to receive a full refund, less a $100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after August 30, 2013 will not be eligible for a refund; however, an alternate person may attend for the registrant. See below regarding the conference substitution policy.

Substitution Policy
If you are unable to attend NHRMA 2013, payment of a $50 administrative fee enables you to transfer your registration to another person by notifying NHRMA 2013 c/o Conference Solutions in writing by email, fax, or mail. Substitutions will be transferred at the same rate as the original registration. Substitutions can be made up until the pre-registration deadline, or at the Conference Registration Desk onsite.
